Are your items authentic?
Yes!
Every single item gets legit checked by experienced staff members before it's put up for sale.
We only accept and sell 100% authentic items.
Are your items new or used?
Some are brand new and some are used.
In the product description it will always say what condition the product is in together with photos of the actual item.
All of our used sneakers go through our cleaning process before they are put up for sale.
How do I know which store a specific item is in?
Unfortunately, this function is not available at the moment.
However, you are always welcome to send us an email and ask about any specific product to know its location.
Also, you can order any item with free pick up in either of our stores. You always have 14 days return right and can process the return directly in our store.
How often do you add items to your website?
Every single day!

returns & exchanges
Whats your return policy?
At Sneakershyllan we are happy to accept returns on online orders within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
The return will only be accepted if the item(s) is:
- unused, in the condition it was received.
- with original packaging, tags and other included accessories.
Can I return my order in store?
Yes, all online orders can be returned in store for free. Make sure to bring your order confirmation/receipt.
Can I return my order through shipping?
Yes, just fill our our Return Form and we will send you a shipping label.
The cost for returning a domestic order by shipping is 99 SEK, this fee will be deducted from the refund. The cost for returning an international order is the same as the original shipping cost.
Can I exchange my online order?
Although our systems wont let us make an exhange automatically, you you are welcome to contact us providing the following information
- Order number
- What item(s) in your order you would like to exchange
- What item(s) from our assortment you would like to exhange to.
And we will try to fins a good solution for you!

To which countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide!
If your country is not appearing in the checkout, write us an email providing your address and we will find the best shipping solution especially for you!
How long does it take to recieve my order?
Orders within the EU will be recieved within 1-4 business days.
Orders that are shipped outside of the EU will be recieved within 2-10 business days depending on destination.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
You are able to order any item online with free pick up in our store in Göteborg or Stockholm.
If the item(s) in your order is located in the same store as the pick up, your order will be ready within 1 business day.
If the item(s) in your order is located in the other store than the pick up location, it will take 2-4 business days.

Can I sell to you?
Yes! We buy everything from private consumers like yourself.
How can I sell to you?
You can either come by one of our stores to get an assessment on the spot or you can fill our our online form and get an estimate via email.
What can I sell to you?
We buy new and used sneakers and streetwear items. We only accept 100% authentic items.
Do you also do trades?
Yes, we do!
You can always get a trade in value for your item(s). The trade in value is always higher than what you can get in a payout.
The trade in value has to be used at the time as the trade is being made. You cannot keep the trade in value to use at a later time.
You can always add money in between if the item you want is higher than the trade in value.
I filled out your form, why have I not gotten a reply?
If you have not received a reply from us within 2 business days, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:
- You provided us with the wrong email
- Your inbox is full
- It's ended up in your junkmail
