SNEAKERSHYLLAN
We are a Swedish based company that take great pride in creating a circular shopping experience for our customers. Due to our concept "BUY SELL TRADE", our assortment consists of both new and used sneakers and streetwear items.
All purchased from private consumers like yourself. This way enthusiast like ourselves get a whole lot more to choose from and at the same time the earth stays a little bit greener.
Our hope is that everyone is able to find their own favourite at Sneakershyllan!

All prices on the website are shown in Swedish Krona (SEK). However you can choose to show all prices in  Danish Krone (DKK), Brittish Pound (GBP),  Euro (EUR) or U.S Dollar (USD). 


 SHIPPING

When placing an order, you will always receive an order confirmation by email. We handle all orders as fast as possible and aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing the tracking number*. 

We use a third party delivery service for shipping. Orders are mainly shipped with DHL and UPS with delivery to your closest pick up point. 

The price for domestic shipping varies between 59-199 SEK depending on the weight of your order. The price will be calculated at the checkout. 

If you do not collect your order in time and it gets sent back, you will be charged a 299 SEK administration fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund. 

When placing an order, the customer is responsible for filling in the right customer details. Once an order is placed, processed and shipped, we cannot change the customer details. If an order has not been shipped there might be a possibility to change the customer details. The customer will be charged an administration fee of 200 SEK to change customer details once an order has been processed.

*Please note, orders containing more than one item, might be divided into two shipments as the items are sent from different locations. In this case, you will receive two different tracking numbers. 


 WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to most corners of the world. The cost for international shipping depends on the destination and will be calculated in the checkout when entering shipping address. International orders are delivered to nearest pick up point within 2-10 business days depending on destination. 

If your shipping destination does not appear at the checkout, you are welcome to email us and we will look up shipping to your destination. Please contact us via email with information of what item(s) you would like to purchase together with your full address. We will then find the best shipping option for your specific order and get back to you with the shipping cost.

Custom and VAT fees may apply when ordering from countries outside the European Union. These fees are not included in the order total as they are not issued by us. The cost of such additional fees will be imposed on you as a customer. Sneakershyllan does not take responsibility for Custom and VAT fees.

For shipping to countries that are not listed above, please contact us via email to get a price estimate for shipping to your destination.


 PICK UP IN STORE

Any item in our assortment can be ordered with free pick up in either of our stores. Our store locations are:

Kungsgatan 38, Göteborg and Folkungagatan 86A, Stockholm. 

The "Pick Up In Store" option is available at the check out when choosing shipping alterntive. You will always recieve an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring ID.

If the item(s) in your order is in the same store as you have chosen to pick up in, your order will normally be available within 24 hours. Example. The item in your order is in Göteborg and you have chosen Göteborg as the pick up point.

If the item(s) in your order is in our other store that's not the pick up location, your order will be available within 2-4 business days. This due to the fact that the item(s) need to be shipped to the pick up location before the order can be collected. Example. The item in your order is in Stockholm but you have chosen Göteborg as the pick up point. 

You have 14 days to collect your order. If you for some reason cannot collect your order during this time, please contact us via email to find a solution.

Please note that if you do not pick up your order within 14 days your order will be cancelled and you will be charged 200 SEK. 


 RETURN POLICY

At Sneakershyllan we are happy to accept returns on online orders within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

The return will only be accepted if the item(s) is:

  • unused, in the condition it was received.
  • with original packaging, tags and other included accessories.

Any online order can be returned for free in one of our two stores. Find our stores

The cost for returning a domestic order by shipping is 99 SEK, this fee will be deducted from the refund. The cost for returning an international order is the same as the original shipping cost.

Return Form

When we have gotten all the information we need, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

As soon as we have received your return, we will issue a refund. You will get an email confirmation and your refund will be applied to the original payment method. Although we issue the refund right away, it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be visible depending on the chosen payment method.

For purchases made in our stores, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. 


 RECLAIM

If you feel like any of your products may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please get in contact with us through email to get instructions on how to proceed. Make sure to provide information concerning the defective product together will your order number. Please attach photos of the defect as well. 

Please note that as we sell pre-owned items – the used items may have signs of wear and tear. These signs will always be shown in the pictures or mentioned in the product description and are not a motive for reclaim. As a customer, you buy these item(s) in their current condition.

Also know that some of the items are older and need a little more love and care. As they come with their own unique history, it is not unusual to experience stiffness or changes in color on parts of the item(s) when they are a bit older. Some can crack in the mid sole if they are more than 5 years old. 

This is normal and good to take under consideration when purchasing older sneakers. These signs of age are not motives for reclaims as they are normal and not factory flaws. If you are uncertain before a purchase you are always welcome to contact us to get more information about a specific pair of sneakers.


 GIFT CARD

We offer gift cards both in store and online.

A gift card purchased online will be sent digitally and can be sent directly to the receiver if wanted. The gift card will be sent within 24 hours. You can buy a gift card here!

Please note that as of right now you cannot automatically use a gift card purchased in store, online. However you can always contact us if you want to use a gift card that is purchased in store and we will do our best to sort it out for you.

 Our gift cards are valid 1 year and are non refundable.
